About The Position

Gravie is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to provide administrative support for their employer clients. This role will primarily support the Implementation and Account Management Teams in completing administrative tasks for new client implementations and group health plan renewals for Gravie’s Comfort or ICHRA line of business. The Implementation Coordinator is crucial for ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. This is a temporary position, running from September 21, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative setup tasks for new and renewing Gravie employer clients to ensure they are prepared for their upcoming effective coverage and have a positive service experience.
  • Complete all required set up steps efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate census normalization for employer groups to assist with eligibility requirements during system set up.
  • Produce complete and accurate standard employee materials as well as custom materials requested by Implementation Managers or Account Managers.
  • File e-contracts and other business documents.
  • Engage in daily communications, requests, and notifications via Salesforce Chatter, Tasks, Gmail, or Slack.
  • Thoroughly audit new client implementations and annual client renewals to ensure accurate plan configurations in internal and external systems.
  • Work with teammates to ensure all document updates are made as needed, track progress, and follow up on issues related to changes.
  • Participate in various projects within Comfort or ICHRA Implementations or for company-wide initiatives as requested by the manager.
  • Update and ensure information is accurate in the department’s online knowledge network.
  • Work to ensure process guides and checklists are current and organized.
