About The Position

The Department of Theatre and Dance at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) is seeking applications for a pool of part-time teaching appointments. The Department of Theatre & Dance aims to engage students in self-expression and community engagement through an equitable appreciation of the arts. Requirements

A Master degree in Speech, Public Speaking, or Theatre
Appropriate experience related to the subject of the course(s) assigned.
Applicants must have experience in teaching adult learners from diverse ages, socioeconomic, cultural, and academic backgrounds.
Satisfactory completion of a background check (including a criminal records check) is required for employment.

Nice To Haves

Prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching.
A Doctoral degree in the field relevant to the curriculum or related discipline.
