About The Position

The Department of Theatre at Saginaw Valley State University is seeking part-time instructors for the fall semester 2026 and winter semester 2027. The role involves teaching one or more sections of the first-year Introduction to Theatre class. The position requires in-person, on-campus teaching and the ability to effectively instruct a diverse group of undergraduate students.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Theatre or a closely-related field at the time of appointment
• Experience and ability to positively interact with all members of the campus community
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodations
