This position is for a 3-day summer camp, providing daytime and overnight support to program participants. Counselors will accompany students to and from meals, facilitate and supervise daytime events and social/recreational activities, ensure all participants are in the dormitory at curfew, stay in private dormitories on ETSU Campus, and be on-call as needed between curfew and breakfast. Counselors will be required to drive program vans to off-campus sites. This position requires staying overnight in the dormitory where students are assigned, as well as being able to help students with overnight matters that arise, including dealing with emergency situations. RHSMC Counselors are expected to provide general guidance, support, motivation, and serve as mentors for camp participants. This posting is open to only Quillen College of Medicine students or students in the EQUIP Pathway Program.
