About The Position

Provide administrative support to individuals or department. Perform general clerical and general office duties as directed. Follow established procedures, methods and practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent education and related training.
  • Three years of experience in a support position.
  • Clerical Experience.
  • Ability to operate office equipment (e.g. fax, copier).
  • Ability to endure light physical labor.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare (key) correspondence, reports and forms.
  • Compose routine correspondence as directed.
  • Establish and maintain files and records.
  • Answer telephone and handle walk-in inquiries.
  • Coordinate travel or meeting arrangements.
  • Deal discreetly with confidential information.
  • Interact with internal and/or external customers to provide information, assist in solving problems and answer questions.
