About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The role helps customers discover and express their personal style and shows them how Kate Spade products can fit into their existing wardrobe. It combines customer engagement and styling, sales, brand and product knowledge, and retail operations. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with a team.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or local-language proficiency, per market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
