About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist works with customers to discover and express their personal style and shows them how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. This role involves warmly welcoming guests, understanding their needs, providing styling guidance, and helping them make purchase decisions. It also supports sales results through customer connections and brand storytelling, while maintaining operational standards such as stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. The work includes regularly lifting at least 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally), as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom. The listed base pay range is $15.00–$24.25. Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency, or proficiency in the local language as applicable to the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
