About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Advisor provides consultative support and advises the organization on effective recruitment strategies and best practices for filling open positions. The role partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and advise on hiring plans. As the primary contact for hiring leaders, the advisor works to understand short- and long-term business needs, supports workforce planning, manages recruitment strategies and passive outreach, and conducts offer negotiations. This position is remote and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements

Five years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or six years of administrative, Human Resources, or recruiting-related experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.
Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and act independently to balance and evaluate processes and impact change.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare experience preferred.
