About The Position

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor provides consultative support and advises the organization on effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions. Working with hiring managers, the Advisor identifies staffing needs, develops sourcing strategies, and advises on hiring plans. As the primary contact for hiring leaders, the Advisor understands short- and long-term business needs, partners with leaders on workforce planning, manages recruitment strategies and passive candidate outreach, and supports offer negotiations. The position is remote and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements

Five years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or six years of administrative, human resources, or recruiting-related experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
A proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to think critically and act independently to balance and evaluate processes and impact change.
