About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Englewood, Colorado location. In this front-line, customer-focused role, the Teller supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately completes transactions, and provides a welcoming and reliable experience. The Teller is a primary customer contact and represents the branch through attentive service, accuracy, and care. The role builds foundational banking skills by helping customers identify useful products, services, and digital tools. The Teller recognizes customer needs and connects customers with the appropriate banker for detailed product conversations. Working closely with branch teammates, the Teller supports daily operations and a consistent customer experience. The position provides exposure to retail banking and potential career mobility, with training and coaching. The position is located at 12505 E Lincoln Ave, Englewood, CO 80112. The schedule will include Saturdays. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The stated base pay range is $20.00–$26.00; pay may vary based on factors including performance, skills, experience, and work location, and employees may also be eligible for incentives.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or an appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships, listen to understand everyday financial needs, and connect customers with relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, use sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Clarify customer needs and provide clear, simple solutions or next steps through effective communication and active listening.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; identify and escalate issues and make sound risk decisions.
