Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of teller cash limits, teller machines, and preparation of teller work
• Ability to balance teller cash and maintain acceptable balancing percentages as defined by management
• Ability to maintain Branch cash vault (if applicable)
• Knowledge of consignment items and their issuance
• Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent work ethic
• Ability to work various hours as assigned to meet the needs of the business (open/close branch)
• Able to perform opening and closing duties while maintaining security standards

Nice To Haves

• Previous teller experience a plus, but will train
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as a Paying and Receiving Teller for retail and commercial businesses, with knowledge of a Recycler being useful
• Receive and process multiple transactions with emphasis on accuracy
• Sell money orders and official checks
• Promote BancFirst services through cross-selling banking products to new and existing clientele, with minimum goals and sales incentive applying
• Provide extraordinary customer service at all times
• Consistently execute policies and procedures
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned
