About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a part-time Teller for its National Branch Network. This customer-focused, front-line role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller accurately processes transactions and provides a welcoming, reliable experience while serving as a primary point of contact for customers. The Teller builds foundational banking skills by learning about customers’ needs and introducing helpful products, services, and digital tools. The role identifies opportunities to support customers and connects them with a banker for detailed product conversations. Working with branch teammates, the Teller helps keep daily operations running smoothly and provides a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Wells Fargo offers training, coaching, and a team-based culture to support growth and career mobility. The position is based at 6330 McIntyre Pkwy, Arvada, Colorado 80403. The schedule includes Saturdays. The role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The base pay range is $20.00–$26.00, and employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking methods, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships, listen to understand everyday financial needs, and connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercising sound judgment and managing risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Use communication and active listening skills to clarify customer needs and provide clear solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues to support timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues appropriately.
