About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at 6330 McIntyre Pkwy, Arvada, Colorado. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurate transaction processing, and welcoming, reliable service. Tellers are a primary point of contact for customers and represent the branch through strong service, attention to detail, and genuine care. The role builds foundational retail banking skills. Tellers learn about customers’ needs, introduce helpful products, services, and digital tools, and connect customers with a banker for detailed product conversations. They work closely with branch teammates to support daily operations and provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Wells Fargo provides training, coaching, and a team-based culture, and describes the role as a starting point for long-term growth and career mobility. The position requires a schedule that includes Saturdays and is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The stated base pay range is $20.00–$26.00; employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand everyday financial needs; connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Use communication and active listening skills to clarify customer needs and provide clear solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
