This position is responsible for relationship building with customers, including preparing for interactions, building rapport, understanding financial goals, and matching customer needs to Seacoast Bank products and services. The role also involves explaining products, enhancing relationships, asking for referrals, and exhibiting good listening and communication skills. The Teller will also participate in community events and collaborate with other associates. Operations include processing checks, cash, and negotiable instruments while adhering to bank policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with AML/BSA requirements, and assisting in remediating audit deficiencies. The role requires proactive customer issue resolution, daily cash drawer balancing, and adherence to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct and safety procedures. Vault responsibilities may be assigned.
