This is a part-time Teller position requiring 20 hours per week. The role involves delivering exceptional client interactions with a focus on accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement. You will handle various client transactional needs and service requests, build and grow client relationships, educate clients on digital banking solutions, and refer them to internal business partners when financial needs are identified. The position also supports financial center operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and balancing. A key aspect of the role is assisting in managing operational loss through fraud detection and maintaining balancing standards, while upholding all risk management, compliance, and security standards. Professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and workstation organization is expected. You will also actively manage the lobby by greeting and directing clients, and perform research, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
