About The Position
This is a full-time career opportunity of approximately 40 hours per week in Fulton Bank’s Lancaster County, Pennsylvania market. The role requires flexibility to travel to various financial centers as needed. The employee must be available to work around branch operating hours in the assigned market; Sundays are not scheduled. Schedule and work location may vary from day to day. The Teller provides an exceptional customer experience while facilitating transactions and referring customers to bank products and services. The role promotes banking solutions that support customers’ service needs and financial goals, assists with operational activities, and travels to financial centers as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 6 to 12 months of customer service experience (required).
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- 6 to 12 months of cash handling experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Accurately assist clients with teller transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Refer customers to products and services offered at the Financial Center.
- Recognize referral opportunities, demonstrate appropriate follow-through, and discuss customer needs to offer suitable products and services.
- Manage risk by complying with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, including operational, security, and settlement procedures.
- Use sound judgment to identify and mitigate loss.
- Use practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
- Travel to various financial centers as assigned.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
- Read, understand, and act on company-assigned and job-related compliance programs, regulations, policies, and procedures; complete required compliance training by its due dates; identify and escalate compliance risks.
