Part-Time Teller - Opening Shift (132nd & Pacific)
About The Position
The Teller assists Centris Federal Credit Union in its mission to be a trusted lifelong financial partner. The role processes member transactions efficiently and accurately while promoting Credit Union products and services, building relationships with members, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate solutions. The position is part-time at the Headquarters Branch at 132nd & Pacific Street. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., plus rotating Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.; employees working a Saturday receive another day off during the week. Starting pay is $16–$18 per hour.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent, or be working toward a high school degree or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members, staff, and other business contacts.
- Ability to access and interpret computer screens, documents, and reports.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Ability to accurately enter data at 120 keystrokes per minute and key numbers at 100 keystrokes per minute.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for more than two hours without sitting.
- Must report to work regularly and on time and work the hours necessary to fulfill the position's responsibilities.
- Knowledge of BSA and compliance requirements applicable to the Credit Union under state and federal law.
- Must present a professional image and be bondable.

- Identify external members' needs and recommend and sell appropriate products or services.
- Perform transactions efficiently and accurately to promote financial success for members and the Credit Union.
- Meet performance expectations related to product, industry, and regulatory knowledge; corporate performance and profitability; individual sales performance; and timely, accurate transactions.
