About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at Prestonwood Town Center. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately completing transactions while providing a welcoming and reliable experience. The Teller serves as a primary point of contact and represents the branch through strong service, attention to detail, and genuine care. The role builds foundational banking skills by helping employees learn about customers’ needs and introduce helpful products, services, and digital tools. Tellers identify opportunities to support customers and connect them with bankers for detailed product conversations. They work with branch teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly and provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Wells Fargo offers training, coaching, and a team-based culture, with exposure to retail banking and potential for long-term career growth and mobility. The schedule will include Saturdays. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The posting location is 15216 Montfort Dr, Dallas, TX 75248.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.

Responsibilities

Accurately process transactions and engage customers with care to deliver a positive, reliable branch experience.
Process routine service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand customers’ everyday financial needs; connect them to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly and use active listening to clarify needs and provide simple solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; identify and escalate issues and make sound risk decisions.
