About The Position

The Teller conducts credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures. The role maintains an appropriate cash supply and prepares a daily proof record while maintaining an acceptable difference record. The Teller may also process night deposits and ATM transactions, deliver excellent customer service, and refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution. Other duties may be assigned.

This role requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, generally acquired through work experience, and may require vocational or technical education. The Teller works under moderate supervision. Problems are typically routine but may occasionally require interpreting or deviating from standard procedures. The role communicates information that may require explanation or interpretation.

The position requires standing for extended periods and lifting objects up to 30 pounds. Compensation is based on factors including education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
