Teller (Verona Branch)
About The Position
The Teller conducts credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures. The role maintains an appropriate cash supply, prepares daily proof records, and maintains an acceptable difference record. The Teller may process night deposits and ATM transactions, provides excellent service to bank customers, and may refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution. Other duties may be assigned. The position requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, generally acquired through work experience and potentially vocational or technical education. It operates under moderate supervision; work is usually routine but may sometimes require interpreting or deviating from standard procedures. The role communicates information that may require explanation or interpretation.
Requirements
- Typically requires 2 or more years of relevant experience.
- May require vocational or technical training.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Conduct credit and debit transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.

- May process night deposits and ATM transactions.
- Deliver excellent service to bank customers.
- Refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
