About The Position

The Teller conducts credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures. The role maintains an appropriate cash supply and prepares daily proof records while maintaining an acceptable difference record. The Teller may process night deposits and ATM transactions, provides excellent service to bank customers, and may refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution. Other duties may be assigned.

This role requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, typically gained through work experience, and may require vocational or technical education. Work is performed under moderate supervision. Problems are generally routine but may occasionally require interpreting or deviating from standard procedures. The role communicates information that may require explanation or interpretation.

Requirements

• Typically requires 2 or more years of relevant experience.
• May require vocational or technical training.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds.
