About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller to join its National Branch Network. In this customer-focused, front-line role, the Teller supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately completing transactions and delivering a welcoming, reliable experience. The Teller is a primary point of contact for customers and represents the branch through strong service, attention to detail, and care. The Teller builds foundational banking skills by learning about customers’ needs and introducing helpful products, services, and digital tools. The role involves identifying opportunities to support customers and connecting them with the appropriate banker for detailed product conversations. The Teller works with branch teammates to support daily operations and provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Wells Fargo provides training, coaching, and a team-based culture, and the position offers exposure to retail banking and opportunities for career growth and mobility. The position is part time and is located at 3940 N Stockton Hill Rd, Kingman, Arizona 86409. The schedule will include Saturdays. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships, actively listen to understand everyday financial needs, and connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Use communication and active listening skills to clarify customer needs and provide clear solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk programs, policies, procedures, and compliance obligations; identify and escalate issues and make sound risk decisions.
