About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network. This front-line, customer-focused position supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller processes transactions accurately, provides a welcoming and reliable experience, and serves as a primary point of contact for customers. The role builds foundational banking skills by helping identify customer needs and introducing relevant products, services, and digital tools, while connecting customers to bankers for detailed product conversations. Tellers work with branch teammates to support daily operations and provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to appropriate banking methods, digital tools, self-service options, or team members.
Build customer relationships through active listening and connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, using sound judgment and managing risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, clarify customer needs, and provide straightforward solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations when needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
