This position is responsible for serving customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally, adhering to Park Promises and Serving More standards. The role involves timely and accurate transaction processing, projecting a professional image through customer interactions, and referring customers to subject matter experts for loans and deposits. Continuous training in product knowledge, digital services, and sales is required to assist customers and suggest suitable products and services. The Teller must protect bank assets by following all security, operational, and regulatory procedures. They will also participate in in-branch communication and promotion activities, suggest improvements for workflow and customer service, and maintain awareness of compliance and risk management concepts. A consistent, high level of service within Serving More standards is expected, along with performing other assigned duties.
