This position is responsible for serving customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally, adhering to Park Promises and Serving More standards. The role involves timely and accurate transaction processing, projecting a professional image through courteous interactions, and referring customers to subject matter experts for loans and deposits. Continuous training in product knowledge, digital products, financial services, and sales is required to maintain a broad understanding of offerings. The Teller will utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest suitable products and services. Additionally, the role requires protecting bank assets by following all policies and procedures related to branch and cash security, negotiable instruments, information security, and relevant regulations. The Teller will also participate in in-branch communication and promotion activities, communicate recommendations for improved workflow and customer service, and maintain awareness of and adherence to the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts.
