The Teller position at the Danville Office is responsible for serving customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally. This role involves completing transaction processing accurately and efficiently, projecting a professional bank image through courteous interactions, and referring customers to subject matter experts for loans and deposits. The Teller will also complete ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, digital product knowledge, financial services, and sales skills. They will utilize this knowledge to assist customers and suggest suitable products and services. Additionally, the role requires protecting bank assets by adhering to security, operational, and regulatory policies. The Teller will also participate in in-branch communication and promotion activities, communicate recommendations for workflow and service improvements, and maintain awareness of and adherence to the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts.
