About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a part-time Teller for its National Branch Network in Edina, Minnesota. This customer-focused, front-line role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurate transaction processing, and welcoming, reliable service. The Teller is a primary point of contact who represents the branch through attentive service, care, and attention to detail. The role builds foundational banking skills by helping customers understand banking options and introducing useful products, services, and digital tools. The Teller identifies customer needs and refers them to the appropriate banker for more detailed product conversations. Working with branch teammates, the Teller supports smooth daily operations and a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships and listen to understand everyday financial needs.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, use sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, ask questions to clarify customer needs, and explain solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable Wells Fargo risk, compliance, and operational policies and procedures, and escalate issues appropriately.
