About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller to join its National Branch Network. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller accurately processes transactions while delivering a welcoming and reliable experience and represents the branch through strong service, attention to detail, and genuine care. The Teller builds foundational banking skills by learning about customers’ needs and introducing helpful products, services, and digital tools. The role identifies opportunities to support customers and connects them with the appropriate banker for detailed product conversations. Working closely with branch teammates, the Teller helps daily operations run smoothly and delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role provides exposure to retail banking and opportunities for long-term growth and career mobility, supported by Wells Fargo training, coaching, and a team-based culture. The position is part-time and based at 3300 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306. The work schedule will include Saturdays. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Deliver a positive and reliable branch experience by accurately processing transactions and engaging customers with care.
Process routine service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing, accurately and with attention to detail.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand everyday financial needs; connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Use communication and active listening skills to clarify needs and provide clear, simple solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
Follow applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures and fulfill risk and compliance obligations, including timely escalation and remediation of issues.
