About The Position

As a part-time Teller in PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in the 13 Mile/Mound Branch in Warren, Michigan. This is an in-office role. You will provide customer interactions designed to improve customers’ financial well-being and build loyalty, while identifying relevant banking opportunities and referrals. You will use product and procedural knowledge to address customer needs and support accurate, efficient branch operations. Prior experience is not required, and the role does not require a degree, certification, or license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer experience aimed at improving customers’ financial well-being and creating loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about available alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Engage with customers in the lobby and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Explain options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
• Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Focus on customer needs and satisfaction when creating customer solutions.
• Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
