About The Position

Dime Commercial Bank (Dime) is seeking a part-time Teller for its Madison Avenue Branch in Midtown Manhattan. The Teller will provide high-quality customer service and demonstrate proficiency in all teller functions. The position is 30 hours per week and pays $19–$22 per hour. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Cash-handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, cash advances, and cashier’s checks.
• Complete monetary instrument logs.
• Establish and deepen customer relationships by identifying needs and making referrals, including to the Call Center, in support of bank development goals.
• Balance the teller drawer each day in accordance with the bank’s teller cash difference standards.
• Support branch business development goals by referring customers to platform staff.
