About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Churchland branch. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller processes transactions accurately, provides a welcoming and reliable experience, and serves as a primary point of contact for customers. The role builds foundational banking skills by helping Tellers learn about customers’ needs and introduce helpful products, services, and digital tools. Tellers identify opportunities to support customers and connect them with bankers for more detailed product conversations. They work closely with branch teammates to support daily operations and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand everyday financial needs.
Connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Use communication and active listening skills to clarify needs and provide clear solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues to support timely resolution.
Follow applicable Wells Fargo policies, procedures, and risk and compliance obligations; identify, escalate, and remediate issues appropriately.
