About The Position

As a Part Time Teller in PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, based at the Eagle Pass Walmart branch in Eagle Pass, Texas, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately perform high-volume customer banking transactions, educate customers about innovative technology, and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills. The role focuses on improving customers’ financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and increasing share of wallet by handling customer interactions, explaining available financial transaction options, and identifying appropriate banking opportunities. This is an in-office position. Spanish speaking ability is preferred. PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Prior experience is not required, and the role does not require a degree, certification, or license.

Responsibilities

Deliver a customer experience that supports customers’ financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Process a variety of customer interactions and banking transactions accurately.
Educate customers about alternatives for financial interactions and options for managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Identify banking opportunities through meaningful customer conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
