About The Position

Alliance Bank Central Texas is hiring a full-time Teller at its Georgetown, Texas location. The role supports accurate, smooth banking service by helping customers with everyday transactions while maintaining balanced, compliant work. The position is onsite and scheduled Monday through Friday, with starting pay up to $16 per hour. The typical shift begins with preparing the Teller station and reviewing updates before the lobby opens. During the day, the Teller greets customers, processes transactions attentively, collaborates with teammates when questions arise, and keeps records and the workspace organized. The shift concludes with closing and balancing the drawer and handing off relevant notes. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment criminal background check. Employees are subject to periodic drug testing. Requirements

At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
Basic computer skills.
Friendly, outgoing approach to customer service.
Basic math skills.
Must be able to prove authorization to work in the United States.
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check; employees are subject to periodic drug testing.

Responsibilities

Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Post loan payments, money orders, and general ledger (GL) tickets.
Support night depository processing and vault reconciliation.
Balance Teller activity daily.
Assist with other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Prepare the Teller station and review updates before the lobby opens.
Greet customers and provide attentive service while maintaining accurate transaction records.
Keep the workspace organized and collaborate with teammates when questions arise.
Close out and balance the Teller drawer and hand off notes at the end of the shift.
