About The Position

The Wyoming branch is seeking a part-time Teller, averaging 20–25 hours per week. The starting pay is $18.50 per hour. The Teller is the first point of contact for members, processing transactions accurately, maintaining cash standards, building member relationships, meeting referral goals, and contributing to a positive branch environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, cash handling, and balancing experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss and refer products and services to members.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs., usually coin.
• Saturday hours are required on a rotational schedule.
• Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process daily work in a multi-tasking environment.
• Accurately process teller transactions and maintain cash balancing standards.
• Follow all policies and procedures, including branch compliance and security procedures.
• Provide superior service to prospective and existing members.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist members.
• Meet individual referral goals and service standard expectations.
• Assist in any area of the branch as needed.
