Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bank Teller Supervisor or similar leadership role within a banking environment
  • Extensive knowledge of teller operations, banking regulations, and security procedures
  • Hands-on experience with Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and related banking technology preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain confidentiality
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technology and processes

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) technology is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily teller operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Lead, train, and motivate tellers to meet performance standards and deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee ITM transactions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper usage and maintenance of ITM systems
  • Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with banking policies and security protocols
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular audits and reconcile cash drawers to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • Assist in implementing new banking products, services, and technology enhancements
  • Support banking centers in achieving operational goals
