You provide excellent customer service, while processing transactions accurately and efficiently, with a commitment to maintaining security and confidentiality. You will become knowledgeable about HRCCU products and services to enhance our members� financial well-being.
Requirements
- At least one year of similar or related experience
- A high school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Assist members by processing front-line transactions
- Educate members on the use of online accounts and mobile banking
- Balance vault and ATM machines
- Prepare cash shipments
- Develop a rapport with members to ensure quality service and answer questions relating to the service of accounts
