About The Position

Under moderate supervision, ensuring a high level of accuracy and is proficient in all teller transactions using a computer and ATM settlement process. A service professional with a passion to exceed the expectations for each member served while meeting the established transactional goals. Display strong member service skills when solving problems. Supervise teller line in the absence of the Head Teller, as needed. Assist Head Teller with daily teller activities and maintains adequate cash flow for the branch. Ability to provide assistance on the platform side as needed. Acts as coach, mentor and trainer to Teller I and II. Watchfulness for all counterfeit monetary instruments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• General Education Degree (GED) in lieu of High School Diploma Required
• 24 Months Teller Experience Required
• 24 Months Sales/Customer Service Experience Required
• Demonstrated proficiency with ATM, TCD and Branch Settlements.
