About The Position
Gate City Bank is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative at its Fargo Village West Office. This in-office role provides day-to-day banking services, builds customer relationships, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM. Pay is $17.75–$18.75 per hour, with an additional $5 incentive for each Saturday worked.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with routine banking transactions in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
- Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow cash-handling expectations.
- Follow bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
