About The Position
Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in California to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a fully remote setting, as a W2 employee with full support, stability, and benefits. Due to current demand, we are looking for clinicians that are independently licensed in the following states: CA, MD, VA, TX, GA, WA, DC, NY, PA, FL, IL, MI, MO, NC, CO, SC, OH, TN, AR, KY, MS, LA, AZ. Work from a private, secure space while delivering care through our HIPAA-compliant platform. No commute, no distractions - just meaningful clinical work and a strong support system behind you. We'll cover the cost and guide you through the full administrative process of obtaining licensure in high-demand states. Expand your reach and impact with ease. We also actively support you in building and maintaining a steady caseload, with a focus on continuity of care and long-term therapeutic relationships.
Requirements
- Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses)
- 1–3 years of post-licensure experience
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms
- A private, confidential workspace
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting
