About The Position

MySpectrum is seeking licensed (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) Teletherapists for full-time or part-time positions throughout Virginia and South Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to work from home with a steady stream of clients and income, handling the clinical work while MySpectrum manages the business aspects like credentialing, billing, marketing, and scheduling. The company focuses on providing outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults across various spectrums, including Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life. They are looking for diverse, creative, and innovative therapists who are passionate about reducing the stigma associated with therapy and engaging clients virtually. Therapists will use a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform and have the option to work from home or their own office. MySpectrum also has a home office in North Chesterfield, VA, for in-person support.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Must have high-speed internet access
• Must have HIPAA protected space to use on a consistent basis for sessions
• Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks
• Complete Assessments
• Complete Treatment Plans
• Complete Progress Notes
• Provide input about the best strategies, techniques, and services to offer to help as many people as possible
