About The Position

MySpectrum is seeking a Dually Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC in VA & TX) for a full-time or part-time position. This role offers the opportunity to work from home with a steady stream of clients and income, handling teletherapy throughout Virginia and Texas. MySpectrum provides outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on various spectrums including Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life. The company aims to serve clients who may have barriers to traditional therapy or who haven't found the right fit elsewhere, while also working to reduce the stigma associated with seeking mental health services. MySpectrum handles the business aspects of private practice, such as credentialing, billing, marketing, and scheduling, allowing therapists to focus on clinical work.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the states of Virginia and Texas
• Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Must have high-speed internet access
• Must have HIPAA protected space to use on a consistent basis for sessions
• Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks
• Complete Assessments
• Complete Treatment Plans
• Complete Progress Notes
• Provide input about the best strategies, techniques, and services to offer to help as many people as possible
