About The Position

MySpectrum is seeking skilled Therapists licensed in BOTH Virginia and Texas to provide teletherapy services to children, families, and adults. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with a steady stream of clients and income, handling the clinical work while MySpectrum manages the business aspects such as credentialing, billing, marketing, and scheduling. The company focuses on clients across various spectrums including Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life, aiming to reduce stigma and serve those who may have barriers to traditional in-person therapy. MySpectrum values out-of-the-box thinkers, relationship-driven therapists, and those passionate about creative and innovative treatment methods. Therapists can work remotely or utilize a home office in North Chesterfield, VA, for in-person support.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Must have high-speed internet access
• Must have HIPAA protected space to use on a consistent basis for sessions
• Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks
• Complete Assessments
• Complete Treatment Plans
• Complete Progress Notes
• Provide input about the best strategies, techniques, and services to offer to help as many people as possible
