In this role, you will: Sell a full suite of payment solutions, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, eCommerce gateways, and mobile payment tools Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads and executing targeted outbound follow-up to drive conversion Assess client needs and delivering customized merchant solutions aligned to business objectives Educate clients on payment security, fraud mitigation, and regulatory compliance Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial consultation through application, onboarding, and activation Collaborate with internal partners to ensure a seamless, end-to-end client experience Support inbound inquiries from customers and prospects within the Merchant Services contact center Assist with account setup and onboarding across multiple platforms and industries Navigate multiple systems to address questions related to funding, billing, interchange, and payment operations Consistently achieve sales goals, service standards, and key performance metrics
