As an Implementation at Deluxe Merchant Services, the candidate will be the primary client advocate and technical bridge for the Velocity Payment System. You will drive software onboarding, support pre-sales, and manage client relationships from initial implementation through post-production. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can balance conflicting priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate seamlessly between clients and internal teams to ensure a positive client deployment experience. Coordinate and support clients during the Velocity Payment System implementation process. Key responsibilities include: project management, product needs analysis, status tracking and management reporting. Additionally, this individual may also be required to provide support to Govolution’s sales organization. Sales-related activities will include RFP review and proposal generation, product demonstration; product needs analysis, as well as solution identification.
