About The Position
Blood Assurance is hiring a full-time Telerecruiter at its Distribution Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The position works Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and starts at $13 per hour. Telerecruiters contact blood donors to schedule donation appointments and welcome them back to donate. They use verbal communication skills and database software to educate donors, offer convenient opportunities to give, and help ensure a positive donor experience before donors arrive at a donor center. The role involves coordinating donor scheduling needs, overcoming obstacles to setting appointments, and meeting or exceeding activity goals that help maintain an adequate blood supply for the communities served.
