About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role extends the clinical team in a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. The clinic model features full-time on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling and patient flow, and team-based care. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics so the care team can focus on patient care. The position emphasizes quality over volume, predictable scheduling, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery. The schedule is 1–2 weekdays per month, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends. Compensation is $26 per hour, and the position is a W-2 employee role.
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience is required.
- Certification or registration is required if applicable in Tennessee.
- Strong organizational and patient communication skills.
