You will evaluate coverage, determine liability, assess damages, and negotiate claims within your level of authority. You’ll work directly with customers to gather information, explain next steps, and provide a clear and supportive claims experience. This role also involves identifying potential subrogation or fraud and partnering with internal teams to achieve the best outcome.
