Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

  • Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls.
  • Provide customer service regarding phone directions and inquiries.
  • Receive and distribute messages for hotel guests and personnel.
  • Prep guest amenity list, key inventory, radio checks, and sort internal mail.
  • Coordinate all emergency communications with appropriate hotel personnel via telephone, radios, and email.
  • Operate parking gates to assist hotel guests and patrons enter/exit the hotel property and parking structure.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
