Telemetry Technician - Telemetry - Full Time Nights
About The Position
The Telemetry Technician at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California, monitors electrocardiography according to established standards and practices. The role also attends the nursing station and performs clerical and reception duties, and requisitions supplies, equipment, and services as directed. This is a full-time position working 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends. Requirements
- Completion of a basic dysrhythmias course.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- MOAB I/II within 30 to 150 days of hire for employees in the Emergency Department and PARC.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a course for ward secretaries and medical terminology.
- Post-high-school vocational or specialized training.
