About The Position
Centurion Health is seeking a part-time, telehealth Psychiatrist to join their Missouri team. This role involves providing psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients within the Missouri Department of Corrections. The Psychiatrist will work under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director and provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team. This position requires candidates to reside within the state of Missouri and is for two days per week (16 hours total).
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited medical school
- BC/BE
- Active, unrestricted Missouri medical license
- Active, unrestricted DEA
- Missouri BNDD
- Ability to pass background screening and credentialing
- Must reside in the state of Missouri
Responsibilities
- Provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients.
- Works under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director.
- Provides clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients with psychiatric disorders or other mental health issues.
